Edward III (1327-1377), Groat, fourth coinage, pre-treaty period, series C (1351-52). London mint, mintmark cross 1 both sides. Crowned bust facing, legend surrounds with annulet stops. Rev, long cross pattée, CIVITAS LONDON, legend surrounds with annulet stop (S. 1565; N. 1147).
